XP buff artifacts

So i have a question. I enjoy doing Hunting lifeskilling on BDO and i wanted to ask about this artifact combo we have : https://gyazo.com/7eb7f9f33dea4a8227fa322a948f4aeb

someone from my guild was saying it's not a 41% increase it's only 10% for gamez. as gamez has constant buff increase. i wanted to make sure if that is true. why the need of using artifacts then? is using ANY XP buff on gamez not viable? isn't the 41% xp buff from that combo being added? will i not get the % added? will i not get the extra 41% increase from it? i am very confused about this. Can any developer or gamez staff please reply here and explain this to me?

 

come on , nobody would use this garbage combination .
try [Canine Tooth] or [Blink of an Eye] for hunting .
