Xp exchange coupon question

SO I've purchased a Xp/Skill exchange coupon, and i'm trying to max out my one character to 66, she's currently lvl 64 (20%), and I'm trying to put a lvl 58's xp/skill onto her. Is this too high or am i doing it wrong since i'm being un successful.

I also sold an caged owl on the market place and its now glitched and i cant get my funds, (( this isnt as much an issue as now i only have 29 market slots available ))

 

You can't use this item if characters on both ends are equipped with awakening weapons, or at the same level, or less than level 50.
