i dont see any kind of hacks on this hes obviously a sin cap speed 0.8 seconds per hit, hes using auto attack and each attack does 2 or 3 of them depends of the weapon sword or dagger, That means he could auto attack do 3 hits with each weapon in less than a second = 6 hits depends of his ping could have put more attacks on you, no hacks there buddy i had sin my main on retail was a sin lvl 50 and my master was a korean with 25ms ping i have seen faster than that .

about the last print screen there is 10 attacks there rest are reports of parry/evasion that could be a lil bit tricky

I went and tried every increased attack speed I could out on some mobs in theo, on my sin... and this was the results

Taha dagger + Taha sword, greater attack speed scroll and flurry, along with mashing on 1 (auto attack)

 

noob , if he hits normal attack , swords are two strike weapons and shows two lines , if he has a good ping + attack buffs + scroll , he can easely attack you 3-4 times a second and show 7 hits / second . Look carefully , first damage is full then the second hit is lower , then higher then lower ...

If i attack you with normal attack with spear (4 strike weapon which shows 4 lines per hit) you will report me as hacker ? learn to play , pffffff no wonder i raped you yesterday even tho you blinded me 4 times + 25 second skill , LOL . Go back to your dupes , though it seems full ABG gear can`t help you winning duels , no ?

look at the skill logs , he didn`t hit you like that with skills , no ?

Looks around the same as the OP's screenshots, also note that the sword is a 3 strike weapon, and sometimes more than one number will come up for 1 attack (they'll come up as small numbers, 3 added up to be the 4th, and highest number). Think this thread should be closed? It seems kind of useless keeping it open now.
