Zerk Maelstrom heal add broken ?​

Bug Description:

Is it the heal add on of maelstrom Zerk is broken on the succession skill ? I tried to reset it but it's work partially. I see the heal's dot but it's don't heal enough. it's very lower than before. it's been few days i have this problem.i was saw it when i was farmed in sycraia deep and i died using the skill when i can survive normally in the ash forest with it. Btw i can die in star end's now if i play badly (i have 303 ap kutum and 376 dp and 2 infinite potions). Is it just me ? before that i was able to farm at sycraia deep in solo and nothing changed in my stuff (my dmg has not affected by this). plz help me ^^​

How to reproduce/proof:

be me ... try to farm at star end's and use the exellence maelstrom to heal u with the add on heal and just die cauz i just not enough now lol​

 

Before was bug, now its intended. You can look here on forum i already posted video proofs and tests, also bugreport with overheal was her eand now moved to Solved section. Now addons work same like deisgned in BDO.
