Keep Getting Force Close, any help please?

Hello i'm a new player who installed yesterday. My pc keep getting force close after starting the game and choosing the character. How can i fix that?it getting me crazy because i can play the normal or retail version of Black Desert. i've tried re install the client and launcher, deactivate antivirus and firewall but it can't solve my problem. I set evrything in Medium
PC specs: Ryzen 3550h, rx 560, 8gb ram with latest driver in everything

 

This is how the problem should be solved but I also noticed something else that rang a bell...

You shouldn't deactivate them but set exceptions for the game. Deactivation won't solve the problem. Please perform a clean reistall and set all proper exceptions for antivirus and firewall.
