Can't Enter Owned Residence

Hi, i'm having problems with my residence. i cant enter my own house for some reason. There's no R button showing up or any other button when i get close to the door, this happens on all residence not just mine.

anyone else having this problem or had this that they were able to fix? any help would be much appreciated.

I did. it's been like this since yesterday

 

Relog 2 times and it didn't solved, still can't enter in residence and there's no beer on the market, so the solution it's keeping relog till it fixes or stop workers production, so nice.

 

Sorry but this post confuses me, you started out saying that you could not enter your own Residence, which is a house bought in a town/city, then converted into a Residence.
But now you are saying things like worker production...what is that about and how is that part of your Residence?

 

Have you note that this is different person?
This bug sometimes also happen to me in Heidel, only few residneces around upper marketplace are impossible to enter for some time.

 

Always happens after teleport to heidel, door it's locked, so with the tools inside can't do alchemy or cooking, reloged many times & didn't worked, it solved closing the game.
