Connection lost since maintenance 9hrs ago

since the server restart 16hrs ago, i play just fine no problem at all at connecting into the game, then at around 2pm server time the server is maintenance for 30 minutes, i decided to sleep, and turn off my pc. then when i woke up and try to play the game again after the character selection, the game is closed with error message connection is lost
i tried using VPN and i could connect into the game for like 4-5 sec and the view turns into observer mode and the connection is lost again
already tried : - restart modem
-character rescue
-firewall & windows defender exclusion
- no antivirus
is there any solution for my problem? IGN : Pleiades

edit: now i can go into the loading part when it shows the map and some of the npc stories and when the black spirit loading is full, "connection is lost" error msg come

 

Connection related issues. Try turning off your modem for 5 minutes and see if the problem persists.

 

i see, now i can log in, but only for few secs but cannot chat and do stuff like see mails and other, then dc again to the character selection,
my character could walk around even though its not really connected to the game(cant chat , etc) <-- this means my character not stuck
so i assume the problem is at my internet provider?

 

Yes, the problem is definitely not ours.
At the moment there are 950 online players and so far I haven't seen any complaints.
