Does there ever rain in BDO?

    Im playing on gamezBD for quite time. At Retail in Serendia it rains most of the time. But here on Gamez i didnt experienced real stormy weather even single time. Game works with all high setings and high end mode. Sometimes only ground becomes wet, but visible rain :C.

    There use to be a pretty bad memory leak with weather effects, it would gobble up too much cpu, so they hotfixed it and we don't get weather effects anymore.
