    It happens sometimes. Restart the launcher, the download is already finished.

    try disable your antivirus, see if it helps

    bcause i've got the same problem like yours..
    so.. i disabling the antivirus for an hour, close the launcher, re-open the launcher again, and it complete the download to 100%, updating patch file until the bar is full, then the login window appear

    If the problem was antivirus then he couldn't get past "Updating patch files".
