I'm writing this request ticket on behalf of my friend as he can't speak English
A guild member of mine named KARAS (family name is REMONA) just lost his TET : Dim Tree Spirit Chest armor piece by a glitch.
It appears that this glitch took place around 3:50 - 3:55 PM US Eastern time. (EST)
Apparently, it caused a deletion of "TET : Dim Tree Spirit Chest armor" from his inventory while he was trying to simply throw away a Rocaba armor.

I sincierely appreciate your cooperation and understanding in advance.

Can you elaborate more? Basically, we don't offer "recovery service" to items that were lost due to player' mistake.

 

I tried to delete Rocaba Armor from my inventory, but Rocaba get equiped and my TET : Dim Tree Spirit Chest armor piece gotten deleted instead. This happened in a blink of an eye.

 

And also my TET : Dim Tree Spirit Chest armor piece was all locked to prevent it from getting deleted. I would like you to please check my game play log.

 

Sounds like a player mistake to me.

 

No, It was not by my mistake and I did not asking for your opinion. Based on what factor are you saying that it was my mistake? Did you check the character log for what happened to the item??

 

Perhaps not for my opinion but you ask for my help. We don't recover items that were lost due to player mistakes.
