Smartguard has decided to close this game session

Hey
I have a problem with the smartguard.(again)

I recently cleaned my pc and downloaded the game by bittorrent, the first time I opened it it was fine but the second time I received this message one or two minutes after selecting the character, I already cleared the cache, until I did a force check, the game It is also in the Windows Defender exclusions and I don't think it is a background program since the pc is formatted, well, I have done everything, but this message keeps appearing.
I'd like any suggestions to fix this.

I will try to re download the game but idk if i do by the launcher or torrent is there any different?

 

Better download through torrent.
Which OS you running? Is it up to date?

 

Windows 10 Pro and I think I need 1 update to 20hq2 when installed, I will test if the problem solves, hope it solves the problem :v
