[Solved] Donation code redeemed but cash not applied.

Hi,

I donated $10 today and redeemed the code. It told me I have successfully redeemed the code for 5500 cash but did not receive the actual cash on my account. When I try to redeem the code again it says the code has been redeemed.

I've messaged him shortly after you told me to message him and have not received a response yet.

 

really stupid question but... have you tried login off then back in? how about login in game then refreshing the Cash shop and then login off game and refreshing webstore? if yes.. then yeah. you will need to wait for carl.. wish due to how busy he is, it may take a while .__. ... also dont buy another code till that one is resolved as it can be adding to the issue rather than a quick fix.

 

It doesn't even reflect the cash on the website control panel. And I've restarted my game a few times since as well. I hope it can be resolved asap.

 

Even though the code has already been redeemed, contact their support and ask if the card was indeed loaded with the amount you purchased. Once you receive an answer from their support, let me see the answer in a private message (screenshot) along with the code you redeemed, and your account name. So I can forward your problem to @Carl.
