Suggestion regarding blacksmith/home point

Hi there.

I suggest you guys add reblath to all or blacksmiths in big cities. It would be nice if some people dont really stay in velia that much and stay in other cities.

Maybe if we can set custom rescue location or maybe remove ".rescue" and add one more teleport to premium config that is always available to everyone. So non premium users have 1 teleport while premium users then will have 4 instead of ".rescue". This should work with horses/mounts, if that dont work then keeping ".rescue" is best i would say.

Maybe someone else feels the same way regarding these suggestions?
