Unable To Get Dim Magical Quests (Except Armor)

    Ive done all the main story quests until Eastern Sands Kingdom Story, meaning i beat up blackie.
    Ive done the Co-Op quests to beat everything up to and including the Ogres.
    Done the legendary blacksmith questline.

    Not sure what else i need to do to get the Dim Magical Off or Sub Weapon / Jewelry.
    Armor showed up after i finished Calphen story and nothing else since, not even in the Guide section of blackie.
