disable pvp till ap/dp resist ect. is fixed

when my self and 10+ end game players joined this server we joined because we are bored and tired of trying to get pen on retail being endgame and gains are so slow and can take weeks to make one shot at pen and get your tet back so i talked them all into coming here after i saw a streamer on twitch once we got into game and saw the ap/dp resist accur. and how messed up it is along with stam server crashes and many other things such as people abusing the grapple bug throwing you across the map just to troll or to get you out of a grind spot most my buddys left til this is fixed. couple more days of playing and you find out there are alot of people who have gear and can one shot you and they just stay perm red and pk all the new players till you quit the game it seems to be there goal and with there being no channels to swap to your stuck running for your life and getting killed at every boss fight by over gear'd people who can stand in middle of boss with 20+ people hitting them and cant be cc'd because of the escape put in place so i come to the point why have pvp in place if you cant get the coding in place for it to work. along with there only being couple grind spots to get hard and sharps your high gear'd players one shot new players or just farm flagged up and leave you no where to grind if you want ogre rings you must be willing to get killed 50+ times to try and get a ogre ring so many parts of the game just dont work others are bugged to the point of having to stop and jump or climb on things to used skills then you add that on to supper gear'd players killing new players everwhere they go and there horses just cause they are bored i know it takes time and you guys are working hard! P.S i did want to say thanks alot for putting this server in place i love it here and i hope putting my point of view and all my friends point up here isnt going to get me kicked or banned you guys are doing what almost all retail players have been asking for with drop rates and xp i look forward to seeing what is to come with this server it is the best i have seen to date.

 

yes is hard to play with people abusing bugs or using speed hacker like madsea and others....

 

All players here were started in a minimum lvl and rank and starting gears then play until we achieve our rank and even better gears. just dont mind those bugs Admins are fixing every bugs in game. we need high ap to lvl up our legion and many other thing that needs ap that we need to get. We dont like to lost our achievements just welcome u and your friends. Stay there in retail if u r not comfortable here in Gamez.[/QUOTE]

I have already suggested to disable the PvP in certain areas but unfortunately that is not possible.

 

How can we know, What is the sign?

 

@Noyah they meant something more obvious that would let you know before clicking on the link. Something that existed from the very beginning and was taken out for no reason. If you look on the right side, you see the forum section. That could easily differentiate between the 3 games here.

Edit: Seems like everybody else sees broken images here so just going to link the thread with the screenshots to illustrate the point. The section column used to work across all browsers, just something they broke. Linking images from other threads also used to work, so that is another thing they broke.

Right now people have no idea and tend to post in sections not relevant to them, because the title of a post is generic. I am not a fan of the tab filters either, because frankly they tend to lose relevant content. Look at the common section right now:



The 7th thread is in the GamezBD section:

This isn't the only time I see this happening. It is too unreliable to actually use if you want to keep track of what is going on around the forum. I think right now the only browser capable of showing something like it is Chrome. The other browsers don't show sections. Either way, the section name does not refer to the game, but the end section that all games have anyway (each game has a problems section etc.)

 

I know what you mean but as long as the feature isn't implemented on forums the best way to confirm in which section the posts are is to follow the screenshot I posted.

thanks noyah for responding almost every post on here was way off topic but i understand if it isnt possible maybe a second channel so more grind spots are open and people dont need to pk everyone this would allow for horse breeding and racing which needs a second channel i think.

I kinda agree. I am in the around 250AP 280+DP Area. Newer players are straight up instagib. If ppl get a certain trshold of DP, I cant even do any dmg anymore. 250+DP and I cant do anything to the guy. When fightin an equally geared player we just throw skills at eachother until we just stop and move on. Since we cant kill eachother. Then on the other hand we have a few classes That can get around this issue with certain skills or totally abuse the system(looking at you wizard and witches being escape cc immune and have pretty much instant heals that cant be interrupted due to cc immu, fire poison dot 100hp/3 seconds that will go through. Warriors having the ability the heavily debuff their enemies DP(40DP) and buffing their AP/DP heavily to make them able to damage 280DP players massively.). You cant really blame em for doing that since doing pve without escape is still a knockdown fest. I am confident The staff works to get it fixed. Thats why I already droppe a few $ on gamez.
But right now I feel frustrated really fast.
When I go to Hexe for example. There is ppl farming everywhere. The only option I have is to turn on PvP and take a spot. Which ends up in me straight up instagibbing the player that is there(in majority of the times). This I can see must be frustrating for those players. Turning off PvP until fixed isnt the right way either. Since this leaves us no option what so ever if ppl are farming in all spots already.
I dont know how hard it is to get this fixed or changed. A second channel might be a solution. If this is something that possible in terms of cost etc. Also High DP efficiency is too much.
Pretty much as an example : You can oneshot a playeer with 200DP. As soon as he gets 201DP, you cant do any damage to the same player at all.

 

This has been suggested before, and I agree that's indeed the only possible solution.

 

second channel would greatly improve the quality of life on server along with open new things to the player such as not being killed over and over for a grind spot and to hit a note on the ap/dp most times im perm red cause i can log out for the day which i have done for last couple days or just kill everyone i can so they quit or leave so i can farm which isnt good nor do i like doing so but at some point i know where the people were coming from when they had me trying to grind the same area's when i first joined there just arent enough spots with the amount of players we have and spots to grind so i have got to know most people and we have to take turns and one grinds for couple hours and then other takes over and all new guys get screwed so to this i think there are alot of players who dont voice there thoughts or just deflect cause they dont care i love this place the good and the bad cause the bad can be worked out or come close to being a middle ground thanks again for listening and taking the time
