Amenity for NPC not calculating

Has anyone else noticed issuse with Amenity for NPC's?

    I've been trying to use amenity for different NPC's to access more quests and knowledge needed and to also talk with other NPC's. After placing the knowledge needed to do the conversation the Favor and Interest do not seem to Tally (total) correctly. Please help if possible.
