fatal error when click login in launcher

Fatal error happens every time when I click login in the launcher. I have added the game folder as exception in windows defender and I have no other firewalls. I also deleted C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO and C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO (actually I don't find this folder). It still doesn't work. What else can I do?

I will start off by advising you, to Always make a Forum search before creating a new thread. It keeps multiple threads about the same topic to a minimum, and also quite often provides you with an answer to your questions.

I can see several threads, with a similar topic in them. Best advise I can give, is to use the two links in my signature (down below the message part), about fixing errors.

Hi, thanks for your suggestions. I have tried the 6 steps mentioned in Guide - Fixing Most Problems/Errors | Gamez Network Community Forum but not work. I also re-install the game and it's still the problem. BTW, I run the game in windows 11, not insider preview. Are there any other solutions?
