I've looked everywhere, but I can't find a solution,,, help me...
That's what happens when you press start on the screen...

That's the guide, I am guessing that we are up against a language barrier here as well

What have you tried so far? It is important for us (anyone) in order to help you out, we need as much information as possible:

Are you using the GamezBD game client?
Did you put it on the system drive "C:"?
Have you checked that the Anti-Virus and Firewall has an exception for the GamezBD game?
Are you running the game "as an Administrator"?

It seems as if you have some software that is interfering, or that you are using another client to try and access the GamezBD server, but I have no real clue since I am not there in your room with you, to test and check your computer myself.
