Connection problem

    I drop out of the game every 10-15 minutes. I also have many friends who have this problem. can you fix it please.

    I agree with the problem. I haven't had any problems for months now, I can't connect to both the NA and EU server today. As soon as I start the game, it says "loading" and then says "connection failed" and closes the game.

    Have you guys tried to connect with a VPN to see if it still happens? Tried to restart modem/router?
    Also, see if you have any     ping reducer softwares and proxies running in the background.
