    Have this problem too, restart modem doesnt hepl, maybe there is another solution to the problem?
    Because I was playing 5 days, it was all good, but now 3 days have dicsonnect.

    Now I have something like this (screenshot)

    For stuck at processing, try these:
    • Restart your modem/router.
    • Disable ping reducer softwares and proxies running in the background.
    • In case the two options above didn't work and problem persists, change your DNS. Use the following guide: Gamez Website Connection Error
    • Log in gamezbd.com and go to characters, choose the character you think may be stuck and then rescue.
