Solved Game Won't start up

after selecting a server then selecting my main char, a black screen appears then the game just crashes
I have deleted the cache, tried connecting with a VPN, reset my char position but nothing works. I was able to log onto my alt tho, but when I try to switch back to the other character, the game crashes

I have added an exception to the whole GameZ folder as well as the bin subfolder too, and also performed a force check

After deleting all files and redownloading the game, now I run into an error saying "can't find running client, try run launcher and game again and the game doesn't run at all anymore

pls help

 

Download the Launcher and install it again, just the Launcher. Open it and choose the folder game path again.

I have the same problem and i tried every solution, and it still doesn't work. The error "can't find running client. try run launcher and game again".

 

Perhaps you have a security program deleting game folder files? Recheck the exceptions you need on Both Windows Defender and Firewall. Turn off any AV running, if it has some "Advanced Protection", disable or uninstall it.
