Is there a way to report forum moderators for review?

Hi there i was wondering if it is possible to report moderators for review. Reason i am asking is i feel its unreasonable that the thread gets locked so i cant reply so i can explain more in depth why i said what i said. And i feel the moderator is miss interpreting what i am saying. And saying i am aggroing, raging etc...
Again i was just saying they are breaking many laws and i expect them should know that. I just added it to make a point not to be toxic or raging in anyway, just stating the obvious. And maybe someone might become extremly angry/toxic or something so on... And make them go to court etc... Then they would be swimming in legal fees "cant afford water in the end" part. Maybe i wasnt really clear what i meant. And to add i was just discussing the OP's thread. Also this is a good server, fun to play. We get compensated when there is issues, so not really anything to complain about, But during this issue we didnt even get an apology for the inconvinience that i saw. To end i would like to know what is really wrong with my replys to be honest its not really clear to me. I seriously dont understand what i said wrong or what i said that made me seem angry or on an outrage. If i was to say/do something wrong i will live up to that. but in this case i felt i did nothing wrong.
I have no reason to be toxic or evil towards anyone or yet even disrespecting admins. They did a great job with this server. But sometimes it feels like they dont care that much if you know what i mean. We are after all spending our hard earned money here.

@aynoni please go read the server rules, and the forum rules, since this post is a breach of said rules:

What you could have done was make a conversation with the staff-members instead of posting this publicly.
