Now Proccessing

I was playing the game 4 hours ago and I faced with some problems like stucking at updating and now I finally opened the game but now It stucked at now proccessing I can open the game but I can't see my characters cuz it stucked at now proccessing can PLEASE someone help me ? ? ? ? ? ??
