    A lot of people are climbing hills at speed events and are winning in an inappropriate way. I do not think this law is right. Is there a way to solve this?

    The only way to solve this problems is Taking video for better prof. And hopefully they will change the Temporary Banned to Permanent Banned.

    You are right, it is inappropriate but I can assure you, there is no way to escape punishment. I'm usually around watching, even if you don't see my SAM online.
    Now, if you want to report someone for mount climbing, take several screenshots or the best in this case would be video.
