Stuck on Now Processing

Hello new player here, I'm experiencing this kind of issue when installing (Stuck on Now Processing). Tried reformatting my PC and then freshly installed BDO. Same thing happened.

My Specs:
i7 3rd Gen
GTX 1070
16 GB Ram
20MBPS Cable LAN Connection

Tried everything in your Troubleshooting tips such as:

• Restart your modem/router.
  - Tried this it didn't work.
• Disable ping reducer softwares and proxies running in the background.
  - I don't have ping reducer softwares (Again, I just reformatted my PC and only BDO and Visual C++ is installed.
  
• In case the two options above didn't work and problem persists, change your DNS. Use the following guide: Gamez Website Connection Error
  - This doesn't apply to me since I'm NOT using a WIFI Connection.
• Log in gamezbd.net and go to characters, choose the character you think may be stuck and then rescue.
  - This doesn't apply to me either since I do not have a character yet.
  
  Is there an Admin I can contact? Discord or whatnots, would gladly agree. I have around 10+ friends waiting for me to test this server so that they will join me afterwards.

 

Try using a VPN to see if you can get through.

 

I'm also having the same problem, can you specify which VPN to use?

 

Any VPN.
