Unable to continue [The Great Expedition] Oquillia's Eye

I completed Vigorous Velia I think right before servers went down, did not pick up the next one Island of Opportunities, and now it seems there is no way to pick it up as the chat option is not present, and yes, I am 61 and in Velia, as you can see below Vigorous Velia is already completed too....

 

seems to be a bug. It shows like this on two of my characters, but all are available on my one that fnished both valencia II and all the way into Stars end on the main story..... Odd thing is, I know I did the vigorous velia on one, the other I don't recall ever doing it but since its really just talking with the chief maybe I did... in neither case can I get the next quest in the chain.....

hmm, last time I posted a but it was acknowledged pretty fast and fix was already in the works, guess I was hoping for the same on this one!

 

I'll move this to bug reports so @Kolka can take a look at it. If you encounter a bug, post it in the bug report section so it can be noticed by devs.

 

There is no way to start it from what I can tell, the previous one as you can see is completed, the next one doesn't show on Bartali:

 

And you can see his only chat options in the first set of screen shots.

 

I figured it out, there is a scroll bar on the quest dialog, he has so many to tell me about I guess, was buried at the bottom, I feel silly now.....
