Unable to download GamezBD Launcher

Hello all, I'm having an issue when attempting to launch the GamezBD launcher installation. When I click on the link provided at the GamezBD home page, it redirects me to "http/gameznetwork.com/downloads/GamezBD Launcher Setup.exe", but when the page loads all I see is
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
If anyone has a fix, or a solution to this, please let me know, I would love to join the GamezBD community asap, thank you.

That's the first thing I tried, but unfortunately the error still persisted, I also tried deactivating my anti-virus

I seem to have fixed the problem, after trying countless solutions, I decided to completely reformat my PC. Thank you for the help thus far
