Bug Description:

When using the Premium Horse Appearance Change Coupon the game becomes unresponsive and crashes.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Note:
The video attachment only reflects a force close, I ain't got time waiting for it to crash.

Frequency:
5/5 = %100

Prerequisite:
User should have a horse below level 30
User should have 900 pearls

Repro Step:
1. Obtain pearls through inventory.
2. Hit F3: Pearl Shop, under "Mount" tab - purchase the Premium Horse Appearance Change Coupon.
3. Access the stable and select your horse.
4. Hit "Change Appearance" and select your choice of Appearance.
5. Hit "Premium Horse Appearance", and hit "Yes (ENTER)".

Result:
The game will become unresponsive and crash.

Expected Result:
The game should remain active and not crash when using the Premium Horse Appearance Change Coupon.

copy, I found it affects specifically any T8 horse. The issue occurs when the coupon increases the horse's level. Currently re-tested over horse T8 Goofy

 

Description:
When using the Premium Horse Appearance Change Coupon on a T7/T8 horse and it increases it's level, the game becomes unresponsive and crashes.

Note:
*3rd testing initiated as per dev Kolka's request.
*Crash still occurs when the Premium Horse Appearance Change Coupon increases the horse's level.
*The impact of the item is towards T7 and T8 horses.

Frequency:
3/3 = %100

Prerequisite:
*User should have a T7/T8 horse below level 30
*User should have 1800 pearls
*User should have 2 Premium Horse Appearance Change Coupon

Repro Step:
1. Obtain pearls through inventory.
2. Hit F3: pearl Shop, under "Mount" tab - purchase the Premium Horse Appearance Change Coupon.
3. Access the stable and select your horse.
4. Hit "Change Appearance" and select your choice of Appearance.
5. Hit "Premium Horse Appearance", and hit "Yes (ENTER)".
6. Observe if the change causes an increase of level or added skill. If the result is an added skill, attempt another change until the horse's level is increased.

Result:
The game will become unresponsive and crash when the horse level is increased.
FYI: You will only identify the level increase when you re-log.

Expected Result:
The game should remain active and not crash when the Premium Horse Appearance Change Coupon increases the T7/T8 horse's level.
