It's been a while since I posted a thread like this rather than helping out new people on certain topics here in this forum but this has gone out of hand.
Now before people start commenting down their opinion about this, please do read everything and see the history of where we are coming from.
Yes, we know this game is not just for pve, lifeskills and pvp is pvp. Once you hit 50, threats are out there which anyone can gank you up if they want to.
However, I don't believe it's fair to declare wars on guilds with super less geared people not to mention small/medium guilds.
There's what we call a 'fair' guild vs guild where you can take up a war against guilds with geared and more members but I guess... FML is being FML right?

Now, hold on your horses. Why don't we just ask the officers or the leader Proto to undeclare on us?
You know what? Yup we did do that and I hope I screenshot his response. His answer was kind of a troll answer but I still remember some parts of it...
"Greetings, unfortunately as your guild starts with the letter U which is like 'Uganda', permanent war is declared" and so on, I believe those people who spoke with him or saw him TT on server chat or have been in gamezbd for almost a year would already know or figure out the other stuff he said lol.
Well yeah, good role playing where some people can act as a hero while some others would be villains and gives good interaction not to mention activity on the server.
You can do that if you fight on par with people who can fight back but heck forcing guilds to disband and asking merges just so you get those 616GS/RS peeps sounds like a dumb move. Your controlling the community not to mention disrupting guilds who just wants to enjoy the game.
So YES it is a PVP game / end game after all but this is absurd that your killing innocent new gamezbd people and guess who knows how many would quit by now because of that? Not more or less perhaps but if this continues and chain reaction happens on the other small/medium guilds, then that would be bad.
You can have all the power, be a villain or whatever you want to do but learn to fight someone who can fight back rather than picking on some new gamezbd players.

Apparently, not everyone is a fan for some reason. Well if that's not gonna work then how about having an option for us weak guilds who are trying to start up and just enjoy the game/server to forcibly auto undeclare by those "STRONGER" Guilds who love to bully?

So our options are:
-Quit and move on, it's not like gamezbd is the only BDO, go back retail!
-Disband the guild but distribute the guild funds but say good bye to the war elephants and guild ship who took several months to complete.
-Move to another guild with stronger people.
-Talk to FML officers / leader.

Oh come on, why would we do that? That would just make them happy and perhaps post us in their page or who knows where lol.

So maybe if we have a channel that would be good for pve and life skill only..........
Maybe if we could have an option to undeclare a war after someone force declared and have a 24hours cooldown for them to declare war again on the same guild...........

THESE would definitely be good in a way granted that we have several number of people joining gamezbd.

OR

Have FML say good bye again, force them back to Bless online by having an all out war of all Guilds vs FML? Sounds fun? Well for geared players who are boring themselves with their 616gs end game gears.

I think you make valid points here, but this is also why I think Olivia (retail) servers were only 30 days and your out. To give new players a fighting chance. So, I think the life skills/pve channel (similar to siege) could be a simple way to solve most of these.

 

Or, the 3rd option...

Force undeclare and cool down 12-24 hours to declare war again.

This removes that bullying at least for the next 12-24 hours then the auto undeclare, depends on what the devs like @Kolka thinks what is the best..

there is pvp protection for anyone under level 50.
if you want to lifeskill, do it on a toon that is 49.99999 or lower. if not you risk pvp.

 

I remember the old thread you mentioned and just wanted to mention some old points. Guild wars and PvP, are fine; it's what the game was designed to offer. The only issue I still have is the duration of guild wars.
Here are some points from this old thread. (Great discussion btw)

• Create a channel where you can open-world PvP like usual however guild wars are void here.
• Allow guilds to consume guild silver whenever they declare war (works great in KR)
• Dramatically increase the number of players that can be under 'protected' status
• Set guild wars with a pre-defined timer which expires, and has a cooldown time against re-declaring on a guild you previously declared on
• Allow guilds to opt-out of node wars altogether, at the expense of being a guild that cannot be declared on(doesn't harm open world PVP)

That's not the whole point, your missing it. Look at option 3 and what Villain said...

 

The idea of adding a PVE channel was raised multiple times in the past and after several discussions it was decided not to implement the channel. There will always be stronger players who try to show everyone how dominant they are. The fact that your gaming experience is destroyed doesn't affect them, on the contrary, it makes them continue because once you have created this thread you have shown them that they have achieved their goal. The options you suggested above will not change the reality. The reason you decided to play here shows us that you are not satisfied with pa, so go back there just because you can't get along with some bullies? Create a new guild made up of strong players who can fight back and form alliances that can make a difference. There is no point in complaining, you can easily solve the problem.
